All three product families are specified at 2.0 ATA in the current product knowledge. HP2202 and HE5000 chambers use medical-grade stainless steel, while the included air, oxygen and cooling equipment varies by model family and must be listed in the quotation.
Plan the Room and Utilities
Product ListA hard chamber cannot be selected from pressure alone. The quotation should match the chamber to the building access route, final operating room and the way staff will supervise each session.
- Measure the access route. Record the narrowest doorway, corridor turn, lift opening and ceiling height. Compare them with the complete equipment dimensions, not only the interior cabin size.
- Confirm the electrical supply. Provide the destination voltage and frequency so the chamber, compressor, oxygen equipment and cooling system are configured for the same site.
- Define the operating layout. State the number of occupants, horizontal or seated posture, operator position, communication needs and available service clearance.
- Lock the supplied system. The purchase order should identify the chamber body, oxygen generator, oil-free compressor, cooling equipment, controls, hoses, manuals and selected accessories.
Share a floor plan or marked room drawing before the order is finalized. This prevents a technically suitable chamber from arriving with an access, power or service-clearance conflict.
From Quotation to Delivery
Product ListMACY-PAN accepts single-chamber orders and prepares each hard chamber against an approved configuration. Standard HP2202 United States market prices begin at USD 40,414 for the 75 cm (30 in) version, while larger or HE5000 configurations are quoted by layout and supplied equipment.
- Quotation. Send the model, destination, quantity, room access, voltage, frequency, occupancy, finish, control language and commissioning requirement.
- Specification approval. The quotation records chamber size, pressure specification, included systems, selected options, price, payment terms and Incoterm.
- Production and inspection. Typical made-to-order production is 20–30 days after specification and deposit confirmation. The chamber is checked against the approved order before export packing.
- Shipment and handover. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP options are available subject to destination requirements. The shipment includes the commercial invoice, packing list, operating manual and final inspection record.
Equipment samples are not practical for this capital product. The order MOQ is one chamber, and repeat or multi-unit projects receive scheduled production and negotiated pricing.

Ordering, Production and Delivery
Hard chambers are made to an approved configuration. Price and timing depend on model, diameter or interior layout, supplied systems, finish, destination and commissioning scope.
MOQ 1 unit. Equipment samples are not offered; each chamber is priced by the approved model and configuration.
For 2–3 chambers, the order includes pre-production specification approval, final inspection and export wooden-crate packing.
Orders of 4 or more chambers receive negotiated pricing, scheduled production capacity and shipment planning.
Typical production starts after the specification and deposit are confirmed. Transit time is quoted separately.
Ocean or air-freight coordination is available under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms, subject to destination import requirements.
The shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, operating manual and final inspection record.
Send the Room Plan and Configuration Requirements
Upload a room plan, doorway dimensions or a marked reference drawing together with the required quantity. The factory uses these inputs to confirm model access, layout, voltage, accessories and delivery scope.

What information is needed for an installation quotation?
A complete installation quotation requires the selected model, destination, room and doorway dimensions, available voltage and frequency, intended occupancy, accessories and the required commissioning method.
What warranty is provided with the chamber?
The standard quotation uses a two-year equipment warranty. The final contract lists the covered chamber body, control system and supplied accessories, together with exclusions and the service-contact route.
Can the controls and appearance be customized?
Yes. HP2202 options include color, logo and control-panel customization. HE5000 options can also include electric seating, a star ceiling and ambient lighting; the approved configuration is recorded in the quotation.
What should be checked before the chamber is shipped?
Pre-shipment checks cover the nameplate pressure specification, chamber dimensions, door operation, control functions, supplied compressor and oxygen equipment, cooling system, packing list and final inspection record against the purchase order.
Does a 2.0 ATA specification confirm approval for every medical use?
No. Pressure alone does not establish a medical indication or local regulatory approval. The buyer must verify the specific model, intended use, labeling, pressure-vessel requirements and operating rules for the destination market.
